Dear Clients,

It is with mixed emotions that I am letting you know that Sankalpa will be permanently closing December 31st, 2024.  This was a very difficult decision to make, but ultimately it is what is best for my and my family’s well being at this point in my life. Your therapists and I are here to help support you in processing this transition, so please reach out.

To the right I have listed where all our providers will be/have moved.

It has been an honor to have been on this healing journey with you.

With sincere gratitude,
Erin Shobe, MA, LMFT, RPT-S

SAN•KAL•PA

Sanskrit: सङ्कल्प

Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word that means an intention formed by the heart and mind -- a solemn vow, determination, or will to support our highest truth. It is a one-pointed resolve to focus both psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal. It is a tool meant to refine the will, and to focus and harmonize mind and body.

The mission of Sankalpa Therapy and Wellness Center is to create many ripples of healing in the lives of children, adults, couples, families, and communities.

We embody compassion, a tangible expression of love, to guide our clients in finding the knowledge and courage within themselves to create growth in the pursuit of healing.
