Dear Clients,
It is with mixed emotions that I am letting you know that Sankalpa will be permanently closing December 31st, 2024. This was a very difficult decision to make, but ultimately it is what is best for my and my family’s well being at this point in my life. Your therapists and I are here to help support you in processing this transition, so please reach out.
To the right I have listed where all our providers will be/have moved.
It has been an honor to have been on this healing journey with you.
With sincere gratitude,
Erin Shobe, MA, LMFT, RPT-S

Sanskrit: सङ्कल्प
Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word that means an intention formed by the heart and mind -- a solemn vow, determination, or will to support our highest truth. It is a one-pointed resolve to focus both psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal. It is a tool meant to refine the will, and to focus and harmonize mind and body.
